About CardioIQ

Why CardioIQ Deserves Your Trust

Health information deserves more than numbers. It deserves context, scientific accuracy, and clear explanations.

Protect Your Heart. Extend Your Healthspan.

Cardiovascular Health Is the Foundation of Healthy Longevity

Living longer is meaningful only if those additional years are lived in good health.

CardioIQ was created with a simple belief: preventing cardiovascular disease is one of the most effective ways to improve both lifespan and healthspan. Scientific evidence consistently shows that cardiovascular health influences not only the risk of heart attack and stroke, but also healthy aging, cognitive function, kidney health, and overall quality of life.

Our mission is not simply to identify cardiovascular risk. It is to help people understand the biological processes that drive that risk and to support earlier, more informed conversations with healthcare professionals.

By combining evidence-based medicine, advanced lipid science, and explainable artificial intelligence, CardioIQ transforms complex laboratory data into meaningful clinical insights that support personalized cardiovascular prevention.

We believe that healthy longevity begins long before disease develops.

Every laboratory result is an opportunity to better understand your health.

Every evidence-based decision is an investment in your future.

Why CardioIQ Exists

The idea for CardioIQ did not start in a boardroom. It started in the clinic.

Over years of treating patients with dyslipidemia, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, one pattern repeated itself constantly: patients would arrive holding a stack of lab results, often having already searched online for answers, often more confused than before they searched.

A lipid panel would list LDL, HDL, triglycerides — sometimes ApoB or Lp(a) — but the report itself never explained how these numbers related to one another, what they meant for that specific patient's risk, or what should happen next. Two patients with an identical LDL level could carry very different cardiovascular risk, depending on ApoB, Lp(a), family history, and a dozen other factors a single number on a page cannot capture.

At the same time, the clinical evidence behind these markers was advancing faster than most lab reports could reflect. New risk calculators, new guideline thresholds, new therapies for previously untreatable conditions like elevated Lp(a) — the science kept moving, while the patient experience of receiving a report stayed the same.

CardioIQ was built to close that distance: between what a lab report says and what a patient actually needs to understand; between what current cardiovascular science knows and what most people are told.

How CardioIQ Works

Everything CardioIQ produces is guided by four core principles.

Evidence First

Every clinical interpretation is developed using internationally recognized guidelines, peer-reviewed scientific literature, and established cardiovascular prevention principles.

Explainable AI

CardioIQ is designed to explain — not simply predict. Users can understand how conclusions are reached and which evidence supports each interpretation.

Clinical Transparency

Recommendations are presented together with their scientific rationale, helping users understand not only what may be important, but why.

Decision Support

CardioIQ is designed to support informed healthcare decisions — not replace professional medical judgment.

How Reports Are Validated

Every CardioIQ report is developed and reviewed against a structured clinical framework, not generated as an unverified AI output.

Built on International Clinical Guidelines

CardioIQ follows internationally recognized evidence and clinical practice recommendations, including guidance from:

European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS)
European Society of Cardiology (ESC)
American College of Cardiology (ACC)
American Heart Association (AHA)
American Diabetes Association (ADA)
KDIGO
